Hi All,
Good Day!!!
Untreated sewage from chemical industries sent to a BWSSB Sewage Treatment Plant in 50 tankers every day has left Varthur Lake in a such bad state.
Good Day!!!
As our country is growing in terms of Industries, the level of pollution is increasing drastically. Air, water, noise pollution is everywhere in the metropolitan cities of our country. As per the BBMP record, Bangalore has 189 lakes, yet Bangalore is facing water scarcity nowadays, as most of them are polluted.
Just imagine, if the lakes are not polluted so badly, how the Bangalore would be now.

The odour from the lake is also intolerable. We can also see the weeds covering the water surface. Toxic foam on the water.
Why are we, not feeling we are responsible for this? What are we doing as our responsibility to reduce the toxic and restore the natural resource?
What are we leaving behind for our future generation to survive?
